Our goal is to create a long-term caring commitment to our customers through trusting relationships and our commitment to the Atlanta community. A portion of all of our revenue benefits the Atlanta Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.
Our services include maintenance, repair and replacement of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. We have made a commitment to our environment and offer the highest quality products to include Carrier and Aprilaire. We are EPA certified and a member of the Environmental Information Association.
We have been awarded some of our field's top honors including Home Reports Best Pick 2008 and NATE-certified technicians.
Our product line includes: air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, indoor air quality, duct cleaning, water heaters, zoning controls, package units and custom sheet metal.
Bob Cunningham - Founder
Bob Cunningham, founder and president, got his start in the heating and air conditioning industry in 1977 following his graduation with honors from Marquette University. He founded Cunningham Associates in 2003 and has grown the business into one of the most-respected companies in the field. The firm consistently earns praise from its clients and has garnered some of the industry’s top honors.
Bob is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association and the Brookhaven Rotary Club where he served as president from 1993-1994. A former president of the Metropolitan Atlanta Air Conditioning Contractors Association (MAACA), Bob continues to further his industry knowledge through professional seminars and conferences.

Mark McKee - Vice-President and Co-Owner
Mark McKee, vice president and co-owner, has more than 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, specializing in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. Following his graduation from Presbyterian College in 1978, McKee has been active in the industry. He served as technical service manager and training director for a large HVAC distributor for 20 years prior to joining Cunningham Associates.
McKee serves on the board of directors of the Metropolitan Atlanta Air Conditioning Contractor Association (MAACA) and the advisory board for North Georgia Technical College. He is a licensed HVAC contractor in Georgia as well as a North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Certified Proctor and EPA Proctor. McKee joined Cunningham Associates in 2003, providing customers with top-notch service on every visit and consistently earning excellence in customer service ratings.
